---shout loud to be heard

The recent frisking row by an american airlines on our beloved ex-president Dr A.P.J Abdul kalam where he was made to remove his shoes and hand over his belongings for scrutiny, has raised a lot of questions over the dignity of so called VVIPs in India. Repotedly the government has filed a FIR against 4 employees of the airlines. The most probable consequence for these 4 guys can be suspension from their job and may be some jail terms. What a reward it can be for doing the job with loyalty.

What the hell wrong is in frisking Dr kalam. By saying this in no way I want to insult Dr kalam. I am a great admirer and a big fan of him. He is a role model for me. But lets keep the emotions out of this discussion. Dr kalam was a passenger of that airlines and it was the duty of that airlines to frisk each and every passenger. Though in India 18 VVIPs are exempted from security checks and frisking. Still then I dont find anything wrong in frisking these VVIPs. Today we can see how insecure our lives are. Frequent bomb blasts and terrorist attacks are claiming a huge number of lives. And in these condition how can one talk about the dignity when the life of thousands are in stake. We all are aware with the power of these terrorists. They have a wide network with their spies reaching every corner of the world. In this condition, no one is safe, not even the so called VVIPs besides their 24 hr high security. Its not impossible for the terrorists to kidnap someone very near to these VVIPs making them their way to success. The december 13 attack on the Indian parliament can be considered as a consequence of security lapse where the terrorist took the advantage of a car with home ministry and parliament label to enter the parliament premises. No security personal dared to stop and check who is there inside. But what can they do also. If they start checking the ministers, then they will simply be awarded with a suspension letter. I remember a case in orissa where a policeman was suspended for not allowing a MLA to enter the parliament because he was not having the entry papers. The policeman was just concerned of performing his duty. But what he got at last. Isnt it a slap to the human ethics???

Whats more important in this frisking row is that we hear no protest or complain from the sufferer himself.Dr kalam considers himself more as a common man besides being ex-president. Its all those, who want a cheap publicity, shout against the frisk. In order to have a 100% safety, we have to allow these things to happen let it be Dr kalam, Dr Manmohan singh or whomsoever. Frisking is not a big deal when thousands of lives are concerned. Its time not to shout against the frisk but to learn that its a necessary thing. Then only we can say India as "safe india".

(What do you think, dignity is more important or safety??? 18 VVIPs should really be exempted from frisking and security checks??? Do comment)

The youths have a great impact on their country. For a developing country like India they are considered as the lifeline. The present state of the youths decides the future of the country. With a fresh and enthusiastic mind, this hale and hearty stream of India have a great interest in learning and have immense power inside them which when explodes, leads to great glories in every field. Indian youths have shown their positive colors in every sphere let it be in sports, education, entrepreneurship etc. But one field which seems devoid of young stream besides its extreme need for them. Thats politics. What is happening to these folks when it comes to politics???

Before the 21st century, the youths were kind of lost. Besides the likes of Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi, the Indian politics has seldom seen any successful young leaders. Even the people with political backgrounds were hesitant to join politics during their young age and those who did failed to acquience the people with their views. The main reason may be their atrabilious nature towards politics or relying on a more copacetic career than politics. Thousand thanks to God that the present scenario is not the same as of before with the names like Rahul Gandhi, Sachin Pilot, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Milind Deora, etc coming into picture. This is quite encouraging for the youths. The recent selection of Agatha sangma, just 28 years old, as a minister has made it clear that both the people and the political parties are changing their views towards the youths. But this is not enough since the number is still low(there are more than 540 million youths in India) and all of these ministers have a political background supporting them. What this country's need today is more successful young leaders with common background. Today every youth dreams to get a white collar job but nobody is aiming to be a good politician. As it is said "Jaisa raja waisa praja". So to have a India which can cope up with the fast developed countries it needs a fast and enthusiastic leader which a young leader can fulfill properly.

Anyhow this rise in number is a very good sign for the developing India. Its really a big thing over which the present young generation should ponder upon. Only being professional in the white collar business is not sufficient for India. It too needs great young leaders like Obama who can strengthen our beloved ex-president Dr A.P.J Abdul kallam's mission of making India a developed country by 2020. Long live India and Long live its citizens.

A special High Court in Delhi has ruled that gay sex among consenting adults is no crime. This gave a reason to be happy to the homosexuals but at the same time politicians and all religious leaders are not stepping away from being roadblocks. On one hand the former railway minister and RJD chief Lalu prasad calls the court orders as dangerous and on the other hand Janata dal united president Sharad yadav said it as a no issue. But against all odds only the communist party of India-Marxist has welcomed the court order. Similar to the high class politicians the Akal Takht, the highest temporal seat of Sikhism, says no to gays. Even the yoga guru baba Ramdev and muslim Ulema from deoband have cautioned against legalizing homosexuality. Against all odds how far the Gays in India will be happy and what is going to come for them is yet to see.

(Dont you think it is unnecessary discussion since many more severe issues are to be considered than gayism to develop our country. Post your comments)

Six sharpshooters of Chhota Shakeel - one of India's most wanted gangsters - were arrested from different parts of the Capital on Saturday. According to the police some VVIPs were on their hit list.
All the six work for Chhota Shakeel, who works for Dawood Ibrahim. The police is interrogating them about their purpose and targets. But the police has not yet revealed the identity of those arrested. Delhi Police's Special Cell, which arrested the accused, produced the six before Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kaveri Baweja who sent them to police custody for seven days.

(Does this news speak that our security is more conscious after the 26/11 debacle. Post your comments.)

Hi friends, welcome to this blog. Before commenting on anything let me first give you a brief introduction about this blog and its motive.

"YOUNG INDIA'S VOICE",let me explain the significance of this title. the adjective YOUNG, how relevant is this? In the coming august India will be celebrating its 62nd birthday in the form of Independence day. For a human being 62 yrs comes under the senior citizen category but for a country it is just the beginning. India is still young in every field let it be its GDP, or infrastructure or literacy rate, employment index, socio n civic laws in every field there is still a long path to go. And to make it reach there as early as possible, its none other than our responsibility, we, the citizens of India.

As a mother to our motherland we have to nurture it so that it will bring us great colours in future. Untill now we have known our country from others voice let it be that of politicians, criticizers, technocrats, bureaucrats etc. But our voice, the common man's voice is always unheard. Actually there is no platform from where the common man can convey his message. But now its high time to be silent because if today we wont shout our voices will be suppressed forever. Let us make the platform by our self. Let we begin with this small blog and let us shout so loud that the whole country have to hear what the common people of this young India wants to convey.

With this motive in consideration, I have started this blog. This blog will contain all the events going around India, the technological advances so that we can walk with the same level as that of our developed countries, the social issues, the political issues, the critics, n many more things related to the development of our country and its people. To make the whole country hear our voices we have to shout loud and unitedly because single handedly this great achievement cant be obtained. I request you all to post your comments to every post and give your views so that your inner common man's voice can be heard.

Thanking you
